Delivery & Returns

Delivery

UK Wedding Shop dispatch orders within 3-7 working days unless personalised where delivery can take up to 28 days.

After your order is placed you will receive an email notification and you order status will be 'Awaiting Fulfillment'.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email notification and your order status will change to 'Shipped'.  Depending on which delivery method option you have chosen during checkout your order will be delivered either via Royal Mail or Courier.  Occasionally we may upgrade your delivery method free of charge but will never downgrade!

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery:  Our charges are £3.95. Delivery within 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Courier Delivery: Our charges are £6.25.  Delivery is Next Day in most cases and 1-2 days in some regions after your order has been dispatched.

Delays are occasionally inevitable but unusual and are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best.

Returns Policy

Please email info@ukweddingshop.co.uk before returning any item(s) to us.

If you wish to return part or the whole order we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange.

After 7 days from the date of delivery we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. Unfortunately, these right do not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products.

If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package back using a delivery service that provides a tracking number such as 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded post.

Any item which is being returned must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition.
